Privacy policy
The whole policy in four lines
- We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting.
- We store nothing in your browser — no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB.
- Your browser makes no request to any third party while loading this site. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this domain.
- The only personal data we process is what a web server unavoidably records to serve a page and stay secure, and what you send us if you write to us.
1. Who is responsible (the data controller)
| Company name | AROWANIE INSPIRE s.r.o. |

| Company number | 06977791 |

| Website | clarienne.online |
AROWANIE INSPIRE s.r.o. is the controller for the processing described here. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the scale and nature of our processing does not meet the threshold in Article 37 GDPR. Questions go to info@clarienne.online, which reaches the responsible editor, Richard Wright.
2. What we do not do
Stated plainly, because most of this policy is about absence rather than presence:
- No cookies of any kind, not even “essential” ones. There is no consent to store, so there is nothing to store it in.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or anything equivalent, self-hosted or otherwise. We do not know how many people read a page, how far they scroll, or how long they stay.
- No advertising or conversion pixels. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no Microsoft UET tag, no affiliate-network tracking script.
- No fingerprinting. We do not read your canvas, fonts, audio stack, screen metrics or hardware characteristics.
- No browser storage. No localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no Cache Storage, no service worker.
- No third-party requests. No web fonts from Google or anyone else, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no social buttons, no chat widget, no consent-management platform.
- No forms. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup and no comment box anywhere on this site. That is deliberate: a form would collect data, and we have chosen not to.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
- No sale or sharing of personal data. We have none to sell.
The cookie policy explains step by step how to confirm all of this yourself in your browser’s developer tools, in under a minute, without taking our word for it.
3. What is processed anyway: server logs
A web server cannot send you a page without receiving your IP address, and it cannot be operated securely without a record of requests. This is the only routine processing on this site.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Data recorded | IP address, date and time of the request, the URL requested, the HTTP status code and response size, the referring URL if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string. |
| Purpose | Delivering the page, keeping the server available, and detecting and investigating attacks, abuse and malfunction. |
| Legal basis | Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. We have weighed this against your interests; the data is minimal, is not combined with anything else, is not used to profile you and is deleted quickly. |
| Retention | Log files rotate daily and are deleted automatically after approximately 14 days. We do not archive them, aggregate them into statistics or export them. |
| Recipients | Nobody, other than our hosting provider acting as a processor on our instructions. Logs are not shared with advertisers, networks or any analytics service. |
These logs are not linked to any identifier we control, because we set none. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.
4. If you write to us
If you send an email to info@clarienne.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message, for the sole purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence — or Article 6(1)(b) if your message concerns a step taken at your request. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. We do not add you to any mailing list, because we do not operate one.
5. When you follow a partner link
Links marked “partner link” take you to an advertiser’s website. Two things happen, and neither involves us storing anything about you:
- If you arrived on this site from an advertising click, the URL may already contain a campaign parameter such as
msclkid, gclidor autm_tag. Our one script copies such parameters, when present, onto the outgoing link so the advertiser can attribute the visit. It reads them from the address bar and writes nothing to your device. - Your browser then sends this site’s origin as the referrer, under the policy
strict-origin-when-cross-origin. The advertiser learns that you came from clarienne.online, not which page you were reading.
Once you arrive on the advertiser’s site, their rules apply, not ours. They will very probably set cookies, ask for consent and run analytics. We have no control over that, no access to it, and no visibility of what you do there. Read their privacy policy. We are told by the affiliate network whether a sale occurred, in aggregate; we are not told who bought.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
None arising from your use of this site. The site is served from within the European Union and makes no third-party requests. If you email us, your message travels through your own email provider, which is outside our control.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Where processing were ever based on consent, you could withdraw it at any time; we currently rely on consent for nothing.
To exercise any right, write to info@clarienne.online. We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if we need an extension.
An honest limitation. Because we hold no identifier for you and no account, we usually cannot locate “your” data. A request for access to server logs would need the IP address and the approximate time of your visit, and even then we may be unable to identify you within the meaning of Article 11 GDPR — in which case we are not obliged to acquire additional information merely to comply. This is a consequence of collecting as little as possible, not an evasion.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. Our lead authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic — uoou.gov.cz. We would rather you told us first, but you are not required to.
9. Children
This site is aimed at a general adult audience. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children, and since we operate no accounts or forms there is no mechanism by which a child could submit data to us through the site.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security. It is a set of static files: there is no database, no user account system, no content management system and no server side code processing reader input. The attack surface is deliberately small.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the version and date at the top of this page change with it. Because we rely on no consent, there is no stored preference that a change could invalidate.
